What is Cavitation?
Hydrodynamic cavitation creates microscopic bubbles in liquid that collapse with extreme force (up to 5,000 degrees Celsius and 1,000 atmospheres locally). This breaks open plant cell walls, releasing compounds that conventional methods cannot extract.
